  • [ tr ] Cinemachine for DMY 2009

    As part of the DMY international design festival 2009 taking place from 3rd-7th June, Duncan McCauley is invited to present the Cinemachine in the DMY Allstars exhibition.
  • The Brickworks Park at "da!"

    Am 19. Juni 2009 wird die von der Berliner Architektenkammer ausgerichtete Ausstellung „da! Architektur in und aus Berlin” eröffnet; das Duncan McCauley-Projekt „Ziegeleipark” ist Teil der Ausstellung.

  • Tour of the Brickworks Park

    Ziegeleipark Mildenberg is one of 44 Projects selected for guided tours by the Brandenburg Chamber of Architects as part of the "Architects create space" event planned by the Brandenburg Architectural Institute. It takes place on June 28th 2009.
  • Radio interview with Tom Duncan

    Under the title "Building houses from stories", Tom Duncan will be interviewed by Deutschlandradio Kultur about the studio’s recent work. The broadcast takes place on 28th April, 2009.

  • Exhibition Opening – Hanover State Museum

    April 24th, 2009 sees the opening ceremony of the Exhibition "Canadian Indians – Treasures of the Canadian Museum of Civilization" at the Lower Saxony State Museum in Hanover.

  • Opening of "The Brickworks Park"

    March 28th, 2009 sees the completion of the Duncan McCauley project "The Brickworks Park" in Mildenberg with the new exhibitions "Workers in the State Owned Company" and "Building Blocks for Berlin".

  • Lecture at NYU

    As part of the Winter Session 09 Visiting Artist Talk at New York University Steinhardt Art Department, Duncan McCauley will give a lecture on the theme of "Narrative environments" on 15th January, 2009.

  • Lecture at Sheffield University

    The Sheffield University Architecture Society invites Duncan McCauley to give a lecture as part of the SUAS lecture series on their work. It will take place on 19th November, 2008.

  • Competition Win – National Park Saxon Switzerland

    October 2008: Duncan McCauley wins the invited competition for the exhibition in the "Zeughaus" visitors centre in the National Park Saxon Switzerland.

  • Lecture at Welsh School of Architecture

    As part of their annual series of evening lectures the Welsh School of Architecture invites Duncan McCauley to give a lecture on their work. The lecture will take place on 8th October, 2008.

  • Competition Win – National Park Harz

    August 2008: Duncan McCauley wins the invited competition for the exhibition in the "National Park House Schierke" visitors centre in the National Park Harz.

  • Exhibition opening – Jewish Museum Berlin

    January 10th, 2008 sees the opening of the re-designed Court Jew Gallery as part of the permanent exhibition at the Jewish Museum Berlin. Duncan McCauley was in charge of re-designing this special section of the permanent exhibition to draw patrons into the complex world of the 18th century Court Jews.

  • Projects published

    April 2007: The projects "See Sign" and "Prince Pueckler's World" are chosen by the Brandenburg Architectural Institute to be included in their 2007 Year Book.

  • Exhibition opening – "Jews in German Football"

    September 9th, 2006 sees the opening ceremony of the "Jews in German Football" exhibition at the Centrum Judaicum, New Synagogue Berlin.

  • Exhibition – "da! Architecture in and from Berlin"

    July 15th, 2006 sees the opening ceremony of the “da! Architecture in and from Berlin” exhibition hosted by the Berlin Architectural Institute featuring the “Land in Motion” project by Duncan McCauley.

  • Exhibition opening – "Prince Pueckler's World" Park Branitz, Cottbus

    July 7th, 2006 sees the opening ceremony of the Prince Pueckler's World project (Fuerst Puecklers Welt – Lebenskunst und Landschaftskunst) which includes a visitor centre and exhibition in Park Branitz (Cottbus).

  • "See Sign" inauguration

    June 28th, 2006 sees the official inauguration of "See Sign" – a public art project created for the IBA Terraces in Grossraeschen, Brandenburg.

  • 365 Places and 100 Heads

    The IBA Fuerst-Pueckler-Land is chosen as one of 365 selected sites in the German government’s "Germany – Land of Ideas" campaign accompanying the 2006 World Cup. Noel McCauley was nominated for "100 Heads of Tomorrow – the Future in the Land of Ideas" (100 Koepfe von Morgen – die Zukunft im Land der Ideen), an exhibition featuring the cream of young creative talents in Germany.
