Exhibition - Children Became Letters
12 Min. 1-Channel Video, 6- Channel Audio, 2004

Using a combination of archive footage and animation, the film illustrates the plight of Jewish children who emigrated to Palestine or New York without their parents during the 1930s. The film expresses their loss, their loneliness and at the same time their ability to create new lives for themselves. Letters from the children are exhibited together with the film installation.
